Michele brings over 30 years of experience in the medical device field. Starting as an operator, she worked her way up the ranks in Operations and Research & Development specializing in balloon catheters, stent delivery systems, guidewires and embolic protection devices. Michele worked in Program Management before moving into Design Assurance and Quality. Michele is a Certified ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor.

Michele lives in the Minneapolis area with her husband, Eamonn where they enjoy cooking, hiking, camping, and travelling.
