Prior to coming to MIS, Bryan worked for Vention Medical as a Project Manager and Engineering Manager specializing in balloon catheter and complex delivery system design and construction. In that role, Bryan mentored engineers, project managers, and technicians; designed quality and business systems; and built a strong design engineering business that was acquired in 2017. Bryan has also worked in engineering roles for other contract manufacturing firms and OEMs across a wide range of products from PICC guidewires to structural heart implants and delivery systems to vascular grafts and plugs. Bryan earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering in 2006 and an MBA in 2013 from the Carlson School of Management, both from the University of Minnesota.

Bryan lives in the Minneapolis area with his wife, Liz, and their two daughters, Emily and Ava, where they enjoy golfing, skiing, and exploring new outdoor adventures.
